Over 60 'Wangers converged on the North Ave Corridor of Milwaukee's East Side. 6 bars collaborated on a proper Hallowang Costume Contest. Also of note - Todd the Hallowang Woodland Jumping Mouse made a rare public appearance and dubbed Papa Razzi Pizza Man as the Ultimate Hallowang Warrior for most keenly displaying the core values of Hallowang - Honor, Precision, Dumb.
